Glen Yonekura is a co-founder and Managing Director of GPR Ventures. Since 2004, he has been successfully conducting private placement real estate investment, operating and deploying capital in real estate markets throughout California and the United States, and internationally including Canada, providing end-to-end investment opportunity for a select, sophisticated investor base composed of high-net-worth individuals and families.

Glen provides direct operational support for every GPR Ventures asset from acquisition through disposition. Together with co-founder and Managing Partner Phil Rolla, Glen also oversees the GPR Ventures investment committee, directing all investments and asset management for each GPR Ventures project.

Glen has executed over 50 acquisitions to date, including light industrial, office, commercial, mixed use, and residential development. He has acquired vast experience navigating state and federal land-use agencies, political bureaucracies, various commissions and financial institutions critical to real estate development throughout the United States and abroad.

Glen attained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Finance from Santa Clara University, an International MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, and studied international finance at the University of Durham, England. He serves as a member of the Santa Clara University Board of Fellows.

Phillip Rolla is an industry veteran with 25 years of real estate experience specializing in industrial, office and commercial real estate as well as ground-up development. In addition to his real estate expertise, Phil has vast knowledge in debt and equity structures garnered from his background in investment banking. Phil has structured, closed and managed equity investments with an aggregate value in excess of $1 billion.

As Managing Principal and co-founder of GPR Ventures, Phil is responsible for executing acquisitions and dispositions, arranging financings, and developing and implementing asset management strategies for all GPR Ventures projects.  Along with Glen Yonekura, Phil serves as co-chair of the GPRV investment committee.Since 1999, Phil has presided as Director of Acquisitions at Dan Caputo Company (DCCO), overseeing acquisition of commercial real estate throughout the Western United States, and the ground-up development of projects from entry to exit.

Prior to joining DCCO, Phil was a Principal of ING Realty Partners. During his tenure at ING, he worked in both acquisition and asset management capacity, managing and acquiring assets throughout the United States and Canada. Phil began his real estate career at Union Bank of California, where he completed the Commercial Credit Training Program and for more than eight years, served as Vice President/Loan Officer within the Real Estate Industries Group.

Phil received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and Government from Claremont McKenna College and also studied Economics and Political Science at the London School of Economics.

Kristie Kuechler contributes to portfolio management, tenant and investor relations, and assists with detailed financial analysis. Kristie also serves in the Property Management division of Dan Caputo Company managing a diverse portfolio of Class A office, commercial R&D, and retail properties. Kristie expertise is in maintaining excellent tenant relations, budgeting and forecasting, as well as overseeing multiple tenant improvement projects at one time. Prior to joining DCCO, Kristie worked at Spieker Partners for seven years and Sobrato Development Companies for 15 years.

Kristie graduated from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism.

Eleigh Kelly is responsible for the financial modeling of every GPR Ventures acquisition. He works closely with Mr. Yonekura on entitlements, project management, quantitative analysis, and the creation of GPR Ventures marketing prospectuses and serves as an important liaison for client communications. Prior to joining GPR Ventures, Eleigh has been with Duke Capital Ventures where for six years he has performed similar responsibilities. His contributions have been instrumental in two complex, long-term, mixed-use development projects that required sophisticated and delicate representation to the State of California Lands Commission, California Coastal Commission and the City of Monterey.

Eleigh graduated from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo with a degree in Business Administration with an International Management concentration.

In 2014 Glen Yonekura hired Jorge Chavez as a Financial Analyst. Jorge is an integral part of the financial team at GPR Ventures, analyzing and evaluating acquisition opportunities and contributing to the fiscal management of our portfolio. Prior to joining GPR Ventures, Jorge worked at Lopez & Lopez CPA.
Jorge interned as a Financial Analyst at Space Systems Loral in Palo Alto and served as a financial analyst for Bay Area Surgical Management Group for four years before ultimately focusing on Real Estate Investment.

Jorge graduated from Santa Clara University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

Reggie Hidalgo has more than 20 years of experience in the fields of real estate, finance, and accounting.
In her role as Asset Manager, Reggie oversees the relationships with tenants and vendors as well as the operations and accounting functions of the firm. Previously, she served as Sales Support Manager at McCafferty, Inc., a Los Gatos, California based real estate agency, Client Services Manager at Dallas based Capstead Mortgage where she led a 10-person operations team and was Accounting Supervisor at Tune & Young Computer and Financial Services.

Reggie graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration-Finance from the University of Arkansas and earned an MBA from The University of North Texas.

Helen Roman joined GPR Ventures as their Controller in 2015. Helen's responsibilities include oversight of accounting operations and cash management, development of accounting controls and procedures, production of quarterly financial reports, and investment monitoring. In addition, Helen is responsible for investor relations and LP reporting. Prior to joining GPR Ventures, she was an accounting manager with
JH Partners, a private equity firm in San Francisco. Previous to JH Partners, she was a financial analyst with DCM Ventures, a technology based venture capital firm in Menlo Park. Helen started her professional career as an auditor at KPMG.

Helen is a CPA with a Master of Science in Accounting from Northeastern University, an Accounting and Finance degree from the London School of Economics, and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from
Wellesley College.
